Your role will be to oversee and enhance finance operations, providing accurate financial insights that drive strategic decisions.This role is perfect for a finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and is passionate about improving financial processes and systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee retail finance operations, ensuring accurate month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Manage financial consolidations and cash flow in line with company objectives.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaise with Group Finance teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the retail division.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to senior management.
- Develop key financial metrics to track business performance.
- Support major business decisions with data-driven financial recommendations.
- Improve financial processes and systems while ensuring compliance with key controls.
- Play a key role in the implementation of new systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Conduct recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
What You Bring:
- CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of finance experience
- Advanced Excel &
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and modelling will be highly regarded
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
