Duties:
- Organise the functions of the office and setting priorities
- Allocate work schedule to drivers and arrange for their accommodation if needed.
- Compiling and managing accounts and keep records of all financial transactions.
- Check and order the stationery and office equipment supply.
- Receive orders and bookings and then plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
- Responsible for all the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.
- Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures.
- Managing, monitoring the performance and developing a team of drivers.
- Arranging for the induction and training off all new staff.
- Maintaining accurate business and administrative records.
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Help other staff in performance management, payroll and training of new staff.
