Are you passionate about interior design, architecture, trends and creating captivating content? We are seeking a self-motivated and creative Senior Graphic Designer with experience in Content Creation to join the team at Coco Republic. You will work closely with our marketing and digital teams to support and execute Coco Republic marketing strategies.

The Role

• Working closely with our Marketing/Digital teams and fellow Graphic Designers. Liaising with internal staff and developing strong relationships with our stakeholders.
• Capability to develop content for social media. A background in creating content, product photography and motion video is highly desirable.
• Capability to develop innovative concepts tailored to retail campaigns with a focus on aligning with standards of a premium retail brand.
• Crafting engaging content for our social media platforms and paid ads.
• Designing seasonal digital catalogues that showcase our new collections online, and act as a sales tool for showrooms.
• Production of engaging EDMs for Coco Club members, Interior Design Clients and trade partners.
• Creative development of web graphics to enhance our online presence and support eCommerce sales.
• Creative development of traditional media and POS materials.
• Management of assets (stills and motions) from photoshoot to execution, including editing/cropping/touch up of product imagery, and overall design of creative executions.
• Delivery of ad hoc graphic tasks with enthusiasm and precision.
• Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
• A passion for retail and a commitment to staying updated on the latest design trends to ensure our brands remain industry leaders.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 5+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer.
• Experience in print and digital media, including but not limited to print, OOH, catalogues, flyers, posters, EDMs, web graphics, video, paid ads and social media content.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, namely Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in video editing using Premiere and including supers.
• A love for interior design, architecture, graphic design, photography and video.
• A business mindset, ability to understand the luxury customer and a knack for turning challenges into stunning visuals that exceed expectations.
• The ability to be collaborative, but also learn quickly and work independently.
• A willingness to embrace feedback and take direction with professionalism.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a strong work ethic.
• Flawless attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media best practices.
• Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
• Passion for photography and video. A background in creating content, product photography and motion video is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the premium retail market would be desirable.
