Description:
We are currently seeking a full time Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. Based from our Sydney or Melbourne office, this role operates within our national sales and bid management team. The successful candidate will work directly with our bid management team to support the delivery of our tender responses. The designer will apply their design and creative skills to help deliver high quality responses for print and digital communications, including bespoke RFP tenders and client presentations.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the tender team through an ‘end-to-end’ tender process, including:
- Working with Bid Managers and key stakeholders to assist in the preparation of design templates for written proposals and presentations keeping with brand guidelines
- Working with business subject matter experts to develop bespoke graphics and typography clearly articulating strategy and value
- Working to constantly innovate and leverage recent technologies and tactics to deliver high impact materials that help us win
- Reviewing and editing content provided by stakeholders to ensure understanding and consistency of tone
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials, including consulting with project leads and print companies for final setup of artwork
- Curating a graphic assets library containing current and archived graphics and assets required for tender submissions
- Supporting internal departments with any artwork and presentation requirements
- Maintaining a philosophy of continuous improvement by facilitating ongoing adjustments to improve the WTW tender process and ensure our proposals are of a market leading standard
The Requirements
- Previous experience in a graphic design role, ideally within the professional services arena preferred but not essential
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative suite of applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts
- Exceptional creative flair and design knowledge
- Able to interpret concepts and content into graphics
- Effective communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all areas design
- Ability to adhere to a brief and reflect the look and feel of the brand
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Confident in interacting professionally with all levels within the business, and managing stakeholder relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Driven individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude and plenty of initiative
- A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred but not essential
