Our client that hiring is an international company ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and critically analyze creative briefs: Leverage your expertise to play a pivotal role in the evaluation of all design briefs for you and your team, ensuring the briefs provided are to a high level, that will lead to inspiring creative/design work. Challenge briefs constructively and collaborate on the brief before work commences. Ensure that all design work for yourself and your team meets business objectives and brand standards/guidelines. Ensure accountability for all creative outputs from your team by following correct sign-off protocols, including obtaining necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders and ensuring all work meets the company standards. Demonstrate a good understanding of industry, making recommendations on the best suppliers and production partners out there to help us make our creative visions a reality. Consistently demonstrate and apply knowledge of design trends and techniques to your work, using it to support your recommendations when necessary. Ensure all concepts and designs presented are done with careful consideration, and work is presented internally with clear creative rationales as to why it meets the brief and is your recommended approach. Take the lead of presenting concepts confidently, effortlessly translating concepts into clear and compelling designs. Demonstrate high competency to incorporate feedback and revise designs based on stakeholders and team inputQualifications7+ year’s experience in the Creative/Design fi eld including fully integrated campaigns, experiential, digital, social and brandingHigh Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Figma Microsoft OfficeModerate Skills: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.Demonstrates a robust understanding and applied knowledge of all media and asset specifications, showing these can be followed and executed against as briefed, without direction.
