Are you keen to lead in a Secondary School setting whilst also participate at the executive leadership level of a P-12 College? Upper Coomera State College is seeking a Head of School for a temporary full-time position until 04 April 2025, unless otherwise determined.

Upper Coomera State College (UCSC) is a Prep to year 12 campus we cater for all children from ages 5 to 17 and offer every opportunity for each student to experience an individual learning pathway. About The Role

Upper Coomera State College (UCSC) enables this with a structure of two Heads of School (one in Primary and one in Secondary) and a College Executive Principal. Not only are you seen as the Head of the Secondary School, you also contribute to the strategic work of the P-12 advantage. This experience will provide you the necessary skills to broaden your future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business.
