About The Role
Upper Coomera State College (UCSC) enables this with a structure of two Heads of School (one in Primary and one in Secondary) and a College Executive Principal. Not only are you seen as the Head of the Secondary School, you also contribute to the strategic work of the P-12 advantage. This experience will provide you the necessary skills to broaden your future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business.
