About the Role
As an HR Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for HR administration and HRIS management, ensuring smooth processes across the entire employee lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing
- HR Administration Excellence – Create and maintain employee documents, contracts, and records with precision and efficiency.
- HR Systems & Processes – Be our HRIS (Employment Hero) expert, managing employee workflows, on/offboarding, and system enhancements.
- First Point of Contact – Provide top-notch support through HR inboxes, responding to queries and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Recruitment Support – Assist in posting job ads, managing applications, and even sitting on selection panels.
- New Employee Experience – Coordinate onboarding, induction, and compliance checks to ensure a warm welcome to CAM.
- HR Events & Engagement – Play a key role in organising HR initiatives, staff celebrations, and engagement activities.
- Compliance & Policy Support – Ensure adherence to employment legislation, industrial instruments, and internal policies.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar HR administration role, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- A tech-savvy mindset. You have strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience in navigating a HRIS.
- Strong attention to detail. You pride yourself on accuracy, organisation, and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving mindset. You think ahead and find smart solutions.
