Description:

To Manage and coordinate recruitment allocated within the the allocated budget

Rostering Staff into Shiftcare

Having a knowledge of various apps e.g. Employment Hero and Shiftcare

Work closely with Team Leaders to identify labour resource shortfalls or skill gaps

Have a good understanding of SCHADS Award and any changes accordingly

To initiate and conduct the recruitment or training process as required for all staff within the budget and in accordance with Manaia Assist recruitment policy.

Ensure all relevant reference checks have been completed as per Manaia Assist Recruitment policy

To ensure awards, Industrial Relations and Labour Resource Management for employees

To ensure all payroll information are processed efficiently

Collecting calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information

Resolving payroll discrepancies

Access to various apps e.g Employment Hero and Shiftcare to ensure smooth streaming of information for staff

Liaise with Managers to manage key resource management processes to maximise efficiency and to meet financial sustainability

Roster staffing into the relevant app

Read shift notes daily to ensure evidence of staff worked

Assist with Support and Supervision of staff

Assist with investigations and staff performance

WHS: To have regular meetings with WHS Committee to ensure hazards, site emergencies are addressed

To have a good understanding of the requirements of WHS

Fleet: To ensure vehicles are being maintained, registrations, regular 6 month checks

To have a good understanding of vehicles

At all times work in a safe manner and in accordance with Manaia Assist WHS policies and procedures.

Report immediately to your reporting manager any hazards that may cause a risk in the workplace

Take immediate and appropriate action to eliminate any imminent risk observed in the workplace, and report the issue and action to your reporting manager.

Observe safe systems of work and apply these to all employees, contractors participants and visitors to Manaia Assist premises and sites

Immediately report any injury sustained at work

Maintain an effective working knowledge of Manaia Assist WHS policies and procedures

Participate in meetings as required

Participate in quality reviews as requested

Monthly Reporting

Participate in training and development as required.

2 years experience with rostering and having knowledge of the SCHADS Award is preferred
