As an Internal Tiler / Waterproofer and Multi-Trade Carpenter, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from prepping and waterproofing surfaces to tiling, carpentry, and multi-trade repairs. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tiling & Waterproofing : Prepare surfaces, apply waterproofing membranes, install tiles with precision, and finish with grouting and sealing for long-lasting quality.
- Repair & Maintenance : Assess and repair any damages to tiles, waterproofing, carpentry elements, and perform preventive maintenance as required.
- On-Site Problem Solving : Use your multi-trade skills to adapt to and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring smooth and timely project completion.
- Manual Driver License
- Forklift License desirable, not mandatory
- White Card
- Proven experience as a Tiler, Waterproofer, and Carpenter (multi-trade experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, waterproofing materials, and application processes.
- Skilled in carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry, and finishing.
- Ability to perform basic tasks in other trades (drywall, painting, plumbing, etc.).
- Attention to detail, commitment to high-quality work, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in tiling, waterproofing, and carpentry are a plus.
