What you'll be doing
The Education Support Officer (ESO) plays a key role in coordinating education sessions, liaising with stakeholders, and providing essential administrative support. This role ensures smooth communication and effective operations across various teams, while supporting project management and evaluations.
- Coordinating timetables for training and education sessions
- Liaising with the Ministry of Health, telemedicine services, and stakeholders
- Assisting in policy brief writing and media strategy development
- Managing administrative tasks, including diary management and report preparation
- Ensuring efficient workflows and maintain confidentiality standards

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience to organise, prioritise and manage workflow and movements working under limited direction and guidance within specific timeframes.
- High level oral, written and interpersonal skills and effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret complex information and advice and use discretion in knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
- Highly developed communication, coaching and facilitation skills with a high level of customer services skills.
- Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex issues, problem solving, formulating new approaches and implementing comprehensive change programs and improvement strategies, including the ability to develop and monitor outcomes.
- Demonstrated excellent computer skills, and proficiency in the use of MS Office suite including Outlook, and digital storage systems (e.g. HPE) together with the ability to lean new software quickly and effectively.
- Proven experience in supporting senior management and committees, in relation to collation of papers, agendas, minutes and action related matters.
- Demonstrated experience in exercising initiative and the ability to interpret complex information or procedural guidelines and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously.
