Requirements
As a Client Care Officer at the HCF Clinic, you will be responsible for:
Creating a welcoming environment for new clients, collecting and entering personal details, and managing our reception area with warmth and care;
Client nurturing and support to ensure that each family has an incredible experience every time they visit the clinic;
Data accuracy and client billing to ensure smooth, efficient operations for both our clients and our team;
Supporting our clinicians with their day-to-day tasks, so they can focus on providing the best possible care for families and children.
