For a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join the team at IntoWork Australia. Located in Welshpool WA 6106, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team and be part of IntoWork Group.

About the role:
Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for gaining exposure across the entire marketing mix to help coordinate marketing activity for designated businesses within the IntoWork Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to maintain marketing calendars and production schedules
- Develop design briefs and work closely with our design team to create engaging collateral
- Assist in writing copy for marketing materials in accordance with our style guide
- Support the Brand Manager with website content updates and digital marketing efforts
- Manage social media content calendars and engage with our community on various platforms
- Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines while representing our brand externally
Requirements:
- Qualification or experience in Marketing or related field
- Proven talent for writing with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with social media strategy and content creation
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative thinking, initiative, and a customer-centric approach
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities
- Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team, influencing positively
