About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Administration Coordinator Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Head of Respiratory Medicine and the broader clinical, laboratory, and research staff. In this pivotal position, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the Unit. You will also work closely with the Head of Unit to coordinate activities, manage competing priorities, and foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

As a natural leader, you will oversee and guide the administrative team, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. Your ability to manage workflows, streamline procedures, and maintain clear communication across diverse teams will be essential to your success.   • Strong Leadership & Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, foster relationships, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Administrative Expertise: Extensive experience in secretarial support, team supervision, and managing administrative processes.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Skilled in identifying solutions, implementing change, and thriving under pressure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, office systems, and maintaining confidentiality in all operations.
