The position is based at our Head Office, in Moonah.

The Role

Join our team as a Gumboot Production Operator and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality gumboots. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment, where your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will directly impact our production output. The position involves rotating between morning and afternoon shifts.

Duties

  • Operate production machinery to manufacture gumboots according to specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain production line efficiency and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Able to work a shift pattern.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production operations preferred.
  • Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
