If you can whip up killer marketing strategies, design eye-catching visuals, and write copy that actually makes people want to read, we need you!
We are open to white-label agencies, however, we work as a family, so we need a team willing to be flexible and adaptable to the way we operate.
What You’ll Be Doing including the Marketing Magic Develop and execute marketing campaigns that make an impact (no fluff, just results).Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars like a pro.Write and edit copy that stops the scroll – websites, social media, emails, you name it.Work with internal teams and external vendors (AKA play well with others).Monitor and analyze marketing performance – because data = power.Help plan events and promotional activities (yes, fun is part of the job).
Creative Design BrillianceDesign scroll-stopping, double-tap-worthy visuals for social media, brochures, flyers, presentations, and web assets.Keep brands looking fresh and fabulous across all platforms.Work with photographers, videographers, and content creatorsStay ahead of design trends – because we don’t do outdated.
Your Superpowers (AKA Skills & Qualifications)Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or “I learned everything online and I’m amazing.”2+ years of experience in marketing & design (branding experience = bonus points).Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – or all three, if you’re fancy).Strong knowledge of social media & digital marketing best practices.Copywriting wizardry – if you can make boring stuff sound fun, we love you already.Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your mind.Analytical mindset – you understand the why behind the wow.Website management experience Wordpress and WIX (HTML/CSS knowledge = extra brownie points).A killer eye for design and the ability to make things pop.
