Job DescriptionAs a pivotal member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive enrolments in MACSEYE’s kindergarten and school-aged care services. You will create and implement innovative campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing channels, and develop brand assets that enhance visibility and engagement.
Role Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness and drive enrolments.
Brand Development: Establish and strengthen MACSEYE’s brand.
Website & Digital Marketing: Oversee website performance, SEO, and the development of a new online presence.
Content & Social Media: Create engaging content strategies and identify new channels to reach key audiences.
Analytics & Optimisation: Measure campaign success and continuously refine strategies for optimal performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, schools, and external partners to align marketing efforts.
Education: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in a similar marketing role, with a strong background in digital and traditional marketing.
Skills: Expertise in campaign management, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), website management, and data analytics.
Desirable: Experience in the education or early childhood sector and working in a start-up environment.
