The Vet Customer Marketing Manager role supports Royal Canin in being the number one vet- recommended pet nutrition partner in ANZ, supporting the Royal Canin business with impactful and measurable activations and tools, to drive business success and accelerate growth.
This includes facilitating and executing a strategic marketing plan for key account customers, driving customer management and ensuring strategic initiatives, engagement programs, and activations are successful using collaborative efforts. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to oversee the ongoing veterinary portfolio activation for the Vet channel, ensuring effective communication and sales resources are delivered and leveraged to meet business objectives. The incumbent should act as a Royal Canin ambassador in every interaction, both internally and externally, with an emphasis on building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
What are we looking for?-
University bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing Communications

Some experience in Marketing or related experience in product management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tool and ability to manage projects

Experience with graphic design software preferred

A genuine love of pets and pet people or experience in the pet or vet industry would be highly regarded!

Customer Marketing: Leverage data and insights to create powerful marketing plans that utilize pet owner, veterinary health, and category information.

Relationships: Develop and maintain collaborative and mutual relationships with targeted key accounts to understand opportunities, present high quality marketing plans, and influence alignment and growth.

Team: Work collaboratively within the team to foster; sharing ideas, building ways of working. You'll play a role in creating contagious energy and a high performing team culture that drives results and delivers to business goals.

Marketing & Projects: Contribute to the Royal Canin One Marketing planning and execution process. This may include managing the vet related websites and digital needs to ensure programs and information are functioning and up to date, and collaborating with agencies or suppliers or compiling relvant reports.
