As the business continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a talented Department Head to lead and elevate their Property Management division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and make a significant impact.

The Position
In the role of Department Head your responsibilities will include:
- Develop strong relationships with landlord and tenants and trades
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 230 properties - these clientele have been personally nurtured by the Director and a managed by a longstanding Senior PM
- Be the go-to person for a small but independent team of 3
- Conduct inspections
- Deal with maintenance requests for the portfolio, admin, compliance
- Represent the landlord at tribunal hearings (when required)
- Conduct rent reviews
- Minimise rental arrears
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Department Head you will have:
- Previous real estate property management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- First class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Impeccable personal presentation
- The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
