About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient on-road face-to-face Sales Representative to drive sales, build relationships, and expand our market presence. This role requires an individual with a strong background in naturopathy or herbal medicine, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for managing New South Wales as your sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding mentoring, coaching, and education to herbal practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our practitioner networks.
- Build strong relationships with naturopaths and herbalists.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and training for clients and industry professionals.
- Work independently to manage time effectively, prioritise leads, and close sales.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies as needed.
- Provide written feedback and insights to the CEO on a daily basis to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving successful outcomes with clients.
Who We're Looking For
- Qualifications in Naturopathy or Herbal Medicine (essential).
- Minimum of 5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly presentable, professional, and capable of influencing decision-makers.
- A vibrant, energetic, and self-motivated personality, driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong time management and territory planning abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a keen eye for business development opportunities.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required; regional travel is essential to this role.
- Availability to attend and represent OptimalRx at occasional weekend and weeknight seminars.
