Job DescriptionRole Responsibilities:
The Pricing Administrator’s primary responsibility is to ensure customer pricing is accurate and invoicing is completed in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include day to day admin, account reconciliation, and sales support.
This position will be Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. You will have the ability to work from home 1 day per week once training has been completed.
Duties include:
- Attending to Customer queries via email and phone
- Daily Administration checks
- Weekly and monthly invoicing
- Monthly account reconciliation
- Database administration including setting up products and customer pricing.
- Annual Customer Price Increases.
- Assist with cover of the weighbridge from time to time.
- Weekly and monthly sales reporting.
- Provide sales support assistance.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience of pricing / accounts administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Conscientious, reliable and thorough.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; and
- Proven ability to work with figures.
