About the Role
As a Senior Consultant of the Transfer Pricing – Brisbane team, you will be part of a diverse team providing a specialist transfer pricing advice to a wide range of clients in relation to cross-border transactions. You will be involved in advising companies on the effective international planning structures, relevant documentation requirements, assisting in revenue authority reviews and negotiations.
Key responsiiblities include:

Design and implementation of transfer pricing policies from set up

Preparation and rolling forward of transfer pricing documentation in relation to various intercompany transactions

Benchmarking analysis
-
Country-by-Country reporting advisory and compliance
-
Assist clients with the preparation of the International Dealings Schedule, Section A
-
Assist clients in managing the ATO review and ATO dispute resolution
-
Transfer pricing debt advisory
-
Working with clients in a broad range of industries

Coaching and developing junior staff
About You
-
Ideally 2+ years transfer pricing experience, preferably in a mid-market or Big 4 firm
-
Relevant Tertiary degree, focusing on economics, commerce, finance or business

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships

Ability to prioritise multiple client commitments and to delivering exceptional service

Strong business writing, analytical and numerical skills
-
Good grasp of transfer pricing principles including a sound knowledge of Australian transfer pricing legislation and OECD Transfer pricing framework
-
Tax and accounting knowledge is an advantage
