Your new role
From performing a wide variety of troubleshooting across many technologies, to providing outstanding customer service, some of your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing multiple clients with different priorities and working in multi-tenant setups
- Setting up and maintaining multiple M365 environments, configuring permissions, hybrid set-ups, and conditional access policies
- Handling break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, and hardware repairs
- Supporting online and on-prem servers, desktops, and applications
- Remote monitoring of PCs, servers, routers, and switches
- Travel to and from client locations across Brisbane
- Providing exceptional customer service
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in M365 tenancy administration beyond basic user management is crucial
- Working within the Managed Service Provider Domain
- Strong understanding of security and compliance features within M365 (setting up DLP policies, configuring retention policies, securing communications etc.)
- Experience in handling identity and access management (MFA set up, self-service password reset policies, managing admin roles)
- Experience with administering Microsoft Intune for device management and setting up Autopilot deployments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$80,000 - $100,000 + Super, and will be decided based on qualifications and merit.
