About the Role:
This role would suit a motivated and passionate individual who wishes to continue their career in the Mining and Resources Sector.
This position will be primarily based on-site, working the following roster:
- Week 1: Monday – Wednesday (on-site), Thursday & Friday (Mackay Office)
- Week 2: Monday – Tuesday (Mackay Office), Wednesday – Friday (on-site)
Reporting to the on-site Account Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Data entry and system administration in line with Protech standards
- Client monthly meetings
- Scanning & filing documents
- Assisting the Account Manager with on-going field employee management
- Preparing reports and data as requested from the Client and/or Account Manager
- Weekly timesheets
- Assisting with a range of adhoc tasks and errands as required
- Active field leadership with the Account Manager
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding functions where required

About you:
Highly regarded;
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
- Current Health Assessment and Standard 11
Mandatory:
- Reside in the Mackay region
- Ability to work on-site, and from the Mackay Office
- Demonstrated experience in Administration (Mining background will be highly regarded)
- Intermediate experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams & Outlook
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Goal-orientated and results driven
- Ability to work within a close-knit team and unsupervised
- Rights to work in Australia
- Current drivers licence
