BDM/Marketing Manager Responsibilities:- Build and Grow Referral Partnerships – Establish and nurture strong relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, accountants, and other key referral sources to drive new business opportunities.
- Maintain and Strengthen Referral Networks – Proactively engage with existing referral partners to ensure ongoing collaboration, support, and business growth.
- Attend Networking & Community Events – Represent the business at industry events, local networking groups, and community gatherings to expand connections and brand awareness.
- Plan and Host Client Events & Workshops – Organise informative and engaging events to enhance client relationships, increase referrals, and strengthen community presence.
- Develop Engaging Content for Social Media & LinkedIn – Create compelling, personalised content that resonates with the local audience, showcasing expertise and strengthening the company’s online presence.
- Enhance Brand Visibility Through Relatable Storytelling – Craft authentic and relatable posts that connect with clients and the community, reinforcing trust and credibility.
