Responsibilities:
- Increase customer base and turnover by approaching potential customers.
- Reactivate expired PMP agreements and promote new service maintenance schedules on a monthly basis.
- Investigate and resolve general customer issues, offering services and solutions for site-related problems, ensuring high-quality customer support.
- Prepare and follow up on equipment repair quotations to secure approval and ensure smooth repair processes.
- Assist in the preparation and redeployment of Hire Department machinery, ensuring efficient repair negotiations and internal process improvements.
- Follow up on quotations to ensure acceptance and success.
- Proven experience with a strong sales background or similar customer-facing role.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in servicing and maintaining equipment.
- Current "C" class driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Knowledge and understanding of materials handling equipment.
- Appropriate equipment operation licensing and certification.
- Demonstrated success in meeting targets and achieving goals.
