About the role We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Scaffolders of Intermediate and Advanced levels, for exciting upcoming projects across various regions in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-profile projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working condition.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Who do we want to hear from ?
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience within relevant discipline
- Previous experience within the mining & resources industry or similar
- Applicable
High-Risk Work License
- Current
Working at Heights and Confined Space (less than 2 years old)
- Hold a nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rates of pay ranging between $34.28 - $41.00 (qualification/experience and project dependent).
- Standard working week of 42.5 – 50 hours, working 8.5 - 10 hours per day with additional penalty rates offered for overtime, weekend and public holiday work (site and project dependent).
