About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer to support our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, project management, and accounts payable/receivable , with strong skills in document management .
Key Responsibilities:
- Word processing and document formatting
- Preparing and managing documents for audits, inspections, and ISO certification
- Document control, numbering, and maintaining registers
- Proofreading and making minor amendments to documents
- Transforming templates into customised client documents
- Filing and maintaining client document folders
- Completing internal document review forms
- Conducting basic legislative research
- Assisting with social media posts
About You
- Previous experience in administration, document control, project management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with highly regulated documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in high-risk industries (preferred but not essential)
