Anytime Exploration Services is a small and trusted provider of labour hire and support services to the Mineral Exploration and Mining Industry in Western Australia.
We are seeking an all-rounder Office Administrator. Ideally, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience/background in the exploration or mining industry. Based in Malaga, this role offers flexibility, WFH options and can be tailored as Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 30 hours per week), with remuneration adjusted accordingly.
We are a growing company that is looking for an Office Administrator who can play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and provide all-round support to the General Manager, and the Business Development Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Malaga office, including administrative tasks, office supplies etc.
- Provide support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling and meeting coordination, taking minutes, meeting notes
- Onboarding and logistical administrative support to the exploration team
- Assist with company labour hire recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist with mobilisation, timesheets, contract documents and correspondence, roster maintenance
- Liaise with Clients to ensure seamless communication and support
- Ad-hoc requests from Management
About You
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar Office Administrator role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mature and professional attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) essential
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting desirable
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused mindset
- Experience in the exploration or mining sector is advantageous
- Experience in the recruitment / labour hire industry is advantageous
