The Role
We are looking for a casual (up to around 25 hours per week) administration assistant. You will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintaining and organizing office filing systems and databases
- Assisting with the preparation of submissions, RFPs, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Responding to calls and emails to the office
- Providing general administrative support to team members as needed
- Contributing to a fun, casual, collaborative team culture
Who We Are Looking For
- Some experience as an administrative assistant or a related role, or you could be a highly organised Interior Design student
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and InDesign. Experience with Monday.com desirable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
