Your role
Responsibilities
- Working on projects of all sizes, from one-off developments to mega-programmes.
- Engaging in planning, tracking progress, and business case delivery.
- Leading teams and managing projects independently.
- Receiving accredited training and on-the-job learning.
About you
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree completed after October 2023 or expected by December 2025.
- Availability to commence full-time work in February 2026.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Australian residency, or eligibility for an Australian 485 Graduate Visa.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Motivation for joining the construction industry at Turner & Townsend.
- Passion for pursuing a career in project management.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning on the job.
