Your role
Responsibilities
- Participating in Rabobank’s transformation agenda to enhance customer experience.
- Contributing to business-critical projects with a focus on business analytical skills, stakeholder, and project management.
- Engaging in rotations such as Change Management, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
- Experiencing short-term rotations in rural branches, Operations, and Risk and Compliance.
- Potentially participating in an international rotation in Utrecht, Netherlands.
About you
Qualifications
- Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate within the last three years.
- Available for full-time employment from February 2026.
- Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field.
- Passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
