Join Rabobank's 2026 Graduate Program for domestic and international rotations in food and agribusiness banking.
Your role
Responsibilities
- Participating in an 18-month program with rotations in regional, rural, and international locations.
- Engaging with clients and colleagues in various branches and the global head office in Utrecht.
- Conducting credit reviews, financial analysis, and maintaining client portfolios.
- Completing rotations in Risk and Compliance and Operations.
- Supporting farmers and agribusinesses in regional and rural branches.
About you
Qualifications
- Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate within the last three years.
- Available to start full-time employment from February 2026.
- Flexible to relocate across different regional or rural locations in Australia.
- Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the food and agribusiness industry.
- Self-motivated with strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
