The exciting opportunity:
- 30 bed aged care facility in gorgeous Broome
- Full clinical responsibility, ensuring the facility is compliant with legislation and accreditation requirements
- Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas of continuous improvement for clinical care
- Design, introduce and support quality initiatives to ensure best practice care is delivered
- Manage and inspire the clinical and care team, providing them with support, direction and guidance
- Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to create client directed care outcomes and an exceptional customer experience
- Smooth running facility allowing you time to ease into the role and establish yourself in the company
- Fantastic support from a clinical Facility Manager and highly skilled, visible central services team

- Proven track record in a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager role within residential aged care

- Knowledge of the aged care legislation and what is required to achieve accreditation
- Resilient, confident, compassionate, friendly and able to develop positive relationships with residents
