Applies advanced nursing/midwifery knowledge, skills, attributes and abilities within a specified area of clinical practice in therapeutic and professional relationships with individuals, as well as with families, groups and communities. This is a development opportunity to gain specialty skills within Hearing Services. The role delivers ear and hearing health care services to remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and youth through clinical services and education to clients, families, Population Primary Health Care staff and other key stakeholders. This position is based in Darwin but travels regularly to remote communities across the Top End for up a week at a time. The successful applicant is required to hold a manual drivers licence or be willing to obtain.
