About the Role
Under the guidance of the Operations Support Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations and delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Schedule technicians for customer visits, optimizing travel logistics for maximum productivity
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing procedures
- Manage purchase orders and procurement requirements
- Maintain precise and current data entry to uphold data integrity
- Assist with general administrative duties to bolster team efficiency
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a similar role or operations support is highly advantageous
- Mandatory experience in scheduling and customer service within a fast-paced contact centre environment
- Knowledge of Pronto, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems is preferred but not essential, as well as experience working with MS Office – Excel
- Customer-centric mindset with a quick grasp of technical concepts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
- Capacity to follow direction and contribute effectively within a team
