With strong subject knowledge, experience and a calm but creative approach, you possess a robust understanding of case management, recovery-oriented support, stepped care models and outcome measurement.
You are skilled in conversing with different audiences and stakeholders, be that a government minister one day or a client the next, you can flex and pivot, staying positive and focused on what the end game is.
With a strong focus on inclusion, it is critical this role is people centric with the ability to influence and make change happen. You take heart in empowering those around you to triumph and grow.
Bringing the team on the journey, building connection, your exceptional people skills and relationship building abilities will be at the forefront of your success in this position.
