Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead customer onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth platform implementation.
✔️ Work closely with clients to understand their needs and optimise their use of the system.
✔️ Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the platform’s usage within businesses.
✔️ Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting, and best practices to drive adoption.
✔️ Act as a key liaison between customers and the product team, relaying valuable feedback.
✔️ Develop and execute sales strategies, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
✔️ Create educational materials, FAQs, and guides to support client success.
About You
✅ Experience as a Contract Administrator in construction, with an interest in sales and client success.
✅ Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
✅ A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for technology and business development.
✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while identifying new sales opportunities.
✅ Experience with construction management software is highly regarded.
