The Opportunity
- Business Analyst (Dynamics CRM)
- 18 Month Fixed Term Contract / Full Time
- Hybrid Work - 2 days in the office
Reporting to the Dynamics Platform Lead, this role will play an integral part of our agile delivery team, providing technical functional, business, and process analysis expertise, along with testing support for all aspects of the Dynamics platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse and translate requirements to define solutions that align with the Dynamics Strategic Roadmap.
- Perform comprehensive gap analysis to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in defining new functions and enhancements for the Dynamics platform as directed by the Dynamics Platform Lead.
- Identify areas for platform enhancements and collaborate with Product Owners and the Solutions team to catalog these in the Product backlogs.
- Employ a consultative approach to gather functional and non-functional requirements that support analysis activities.
- Shape and size the product backlog using Agile prioritisation techniques focused on business value and compliance requirements.
- Document acceptance criteria and assist with operational process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Ensure quality assurance by verifying that acceptance criteria are met for all deliverables.
- Contribute to change management practices by preparing training materials for stakeholders and updating relevant artifacts.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
About you
5+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Workflow. Thorough understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics platform and its application to meet business needs across Operational, Financial Planning, and Contact Centre functions.
Proven track record in leading requirements gathering and validation workshops using interactive and Agile techniques, as well as proficiency in writing requirement and functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and operational process documentation. Additionally, you exhibit a strong analytical mindset for creatively solving problems and have the capacity to quickly learn new business domains.
