Administered by the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, the College is built on a tradition of 87 years of inspiring excellence at the Heart of girls' education.Applications are invited for the following senior Education Support role:Executive Assistant to the PrincipalCommencing Term 2, 2025.Full Time, Permanent PositionThe Executive Assistant to the Principal role is central to the College’s operations, providing high-level support to the Principal in every aspect of the College's operations. The position involves coordinating daily activities, managing communications, contributing to strategic initiatives and assisting with the implemtnation of key decisions that shape the College’s direction.Supporting the Trustees and College Board, the Executive Assistant to the Principal will have a strong service mindset and a commitment to excellence in stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships and demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and compassion in all interactions.The Executive Assistant to the Principal will be wholeheartedly committed to the ethos of Catholic education, with a strong focus on understanding, respecting, and actively engaging with the OLSH charism, mission, and values. This commitment underpins all aspects of the role and supports the College’s core purpose and vision.Key Selection Criteria include:Significant experience and success in a similar position (desirable Education and/or Catholic School)Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines.Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and take initiative.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating tact, sensitivity and composure.Proven technical capability and accuracy in Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in databases and spreadsheets.Self-directed, while also being a collaborative and effective team player.High Level of discretion and confidentiality in all circumstances
