About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding ADS’s reach by identifying growth opportunities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and driving service uptake. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand ADS’s client base and service offerings.• Build and maintain relationships with NDIS participants, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.• Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to promote ADS’s services.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
About You
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the disability, healthcare, or NDIS sector.• Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and the disability services landscape.• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.• A passion for empowering people with disabilities and making a positive impact.
