About the roleJob description
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Public Access team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane , Australia.
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and generating new leads for our Automated External Defibrillator (AED) solutions across various verticals. You’ll conduct in-depth research to spot new opportunities, develop targeted strategies, and collaborate with our Business Partnership Managers and Distributors to educate, develop and close sales.

Key Focus Areas
- Lead Generation & Research : Identify new business opportunities for our defibrillator solutions across various verticals in Australia and New Zealand.
- Strategic Planning : Conduct research to understand market trends and develop strategies for approaching and acquiring new customer accounts.
- Sales Execution : Collaborate with Business Partnership Managers and distributors to drive leads through the sales process and convert them into long-term customers.
- Relationship Building : Foster meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
- A proactive and autonomous approach to finding and developing new business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships
- Motivated and results-driven, with a desire to learn and grow in your career
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads

Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
