What You'll Be Doing as our Educator:- Provide a comforting and secure presence, making every child feel special and understood.
- Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere where kids can make friends and learn positive social skills.
- Work hand-in-hand with parents to support the whole-child development.
- Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming community that everyone loves.
- Use your keen observation skills to cater to each child's unique needs and interests.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the top of your game.
- Full availability to work rotating shifts from 6.30am - 6.30pm - please only apply if you can commit to this.
- Working towards or holding a minimum of a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Valid WWCC
- Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain)
- Working knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards
- Genuine love for working in Early Childhood
