The role & team Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will support the Demand Planning team to identify opportunities that optimise inventory levels, reduce costs, and maximise stakeholder and customer satisfaction. You will ensure smooth and efficient coordination of activities involved in the supply chain process. You’ll work with stakeholders across Product, Business Development, Retail, Marketing, Manufacturing & Distribution, Finance, and other key departments to align on common goals.
In this role, you will:
  • Maintain key reports to measure and improve performance, including but not limited to demand data, service data, despatch data, returns data, and localised inventory master data.
  • Capture data and information from various sources and systems to create and enable consolidated reporting used to inform decision making.
  • Collaborate with Product and Retail teams to support and co-ordinate the end-to-end product life cycle.
  • Liaise with suppliers on order placement and scheduling of incoming orders to ensure continuous availability.
  • Liaise with Inbound Planning team to ensure smooth flow of goods through the supply chain.
  • Support suppliers and accounts team to reconcile variations between expected payment and invoices.
You will:
  • Have Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Data handling skills (essential)
  • Be comfortable working with large quantities of data to organise, analyse and report on (essential)
  • Be self-motivated and organised with the proven ability to prioritise work tasks efficiently.
  • Have high attention to detail and proven experience building reports using multiple platforms
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
