About the Role
We are looking for a Full Time Executive Assistant to join our team and provide a high level of assistance, administrative and organisational support to the two CEOs of MBS Insurance to ensure the smooth running of daily operations across the business. In this role, you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support and work day-to-day with our CEOs;
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences;
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings, including contributing your eye for our brand and excellent presentations with creativity;
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
This is a full time role, where you’ll be afforded flexibility (including to WFH) to do your best work but at times, to support our CEO’s, may need to be equally flexible in return for work outside of normal hours or weekends.
About You
As the perfect addition to Team MBS, you will be a highly organised and resilient individual who has experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. You will also have:
- The ability to prioritise and manage tasks in line with operational requirements;
- High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across a diverse and geographically dispersed team;
- Tact, discretion and ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality;
- Strong administration and organisation skills with extremely high initiative and accountability to take ownership of all areas of the role.
