Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) meeting organisation, document management, report compilation, accurate minute-taking, resource coordination, and proactively planning and prioritising tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the Executive team.
- The Executive Assistant will contribute to the success of Executive Directors, taking a team-based approach to managing portfolio responsibilities and ensuring consistency, a high-standard work environment, and excellent customer service.
- Reporting to the Manager of Executive Services, the Executive Assistant will collaborate with other executive assistants, sharing workloads during busy periods to ensure continuous support across the executive unit.
- The Executive Assistant will be highly motivated, capable of working independently, and skilled at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- With a dynamic and well-organised approach, the Executive Assistant will demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

About you
- Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience providing high-level executive support at C-Suite or at Executive Director level, with strong organisational skills, including the ability to problem-solve, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- A high level of maturity, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
