Sydney Southwest Private Hospital is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic and professional team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills to step into a rewarding career.
As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include:
· Provide administrative support in the following areas:
o Secretarial assistance to the Executive Team
o Reception and patient enquiry duties
o Perform data collection, reporting and billing tasks
o Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes
· Manage diary appointments, travel and meeting bookings for appointed executives
· Manage and process health practitioner accreditation requirements
· Conduct HR administration tasks including employee contracts, visa co-ordination and employee on boarding
· Maintain HR file management and upkeep
· Act as Payroll Co-ordinator for the hospital, including managing payroll enquiries, timesheet preparation and payslip distribution

Sydney Southwest Private Hospital is an 98 bed, 7 operating theatres acute surgical hospital that serves the needs of the local community at Liverpool and surrounds. Services provided include Surgical Day Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Oncology Unit as well as a Mental Health Unit.

Essential Criteria:
· Administration experience in a Hospital/Healthcare environment
· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work within a busy team
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Works well independently and within a team
· Computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
· Flexible to work a variety of shifts – early/late shifts & weekend work
