The role:

As our Trainee Service Specialist you will have to opportunity to build relationships with our commercial customers as you become their trusted expert in pest elimination across Western Sydney. You will spend your days in the field, working closely with customers to solve their problems and to provide them with tailored solutions to their pest challenges.

You will have the autonomy and flexibility to plan your customer visits and take ownership of the relationships. We will support you with ongoing training, equipment and development as you build a career at Ecolab.   • Experience or desire to work in a ‘hands-on’, field-based role
