A diverse and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Administration Officer with a great attitude to join PTG’s Buronga Workshop team in a fulltime role.
Reporting to the Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of internal and external Workshop documentation.
About the Role
Timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, work orders, stock counts and recording. Coordinating spare parts administration and delivery, perform all task in accordance to the NHVAS Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Occupational Health & Safety standards and regulations.
- Population and maintenance of data in Freight 2020 in relation to all PTG’s workshops documentation.
- Answer incoming telephone calls as required.
- Maintain effective and timely communications between internal and external customers.
- Provide accurate processing of alphanumeric data entry, general computing administrative and clerical services.
Experience and Qualifications
- A strong commitment to customer service.
- Be adaptable and willing to learn new processes and procedures.
- The ability to work in a faced paced and dynamic environment.
- Well-developed knowledge of various IT platforms including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Proven administrative knowledge and experience.
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
- Strong computer skills.
- Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Current car licence and own reliable vehicle.
