• $70,000 - $75,000 + superannuation

The Company

We are working with a reputable organisation, located in Western Sydney, who are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. You will be an experienced Accounts Payable specialist, who enables continuous process improvements, builds strong stakeholder relationships whilst working within a cohesive team environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Processing of invoices daily (PO & Non-PO Invoices)
• 3 Way matching, batching and coding
• Facilitating weekly payment runs
• Supplier reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliation
• Cashflow Forecasting
• Assisting with Month End Reporting & Reconciliations
• Assisting Finance Manager with Adhoc tasks as required

To be considered for the position you will have the following attributes

• 3 - 4 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
• Experience within the Manufacturing / FMCG industries highly regarded
• Experience with large ERPs will be essential
• Demonstrated experience with driving process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
