The Company
We are working with a reputable organisation, located in Western Sydney, who are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. You will be an experienced Accounts Payable specialist, who enables continuous process improvements, builds strong stakeholder relationships whilst working within a cohesive team environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Processing of invoices daily (PO & Non-PO Invoices)
- 3 Way matching, batching and coding
- Facilitating weekly payment runs
- Supplier reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliation
- Cashflow Forecasting
- Assisting with Month End Reporting & Reconciliations
- Assisting Finance Manager with Adhoc tasks as required
To be considered for the position you will have the following attributes
- 3 - 4 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
- Experience within the Manufacturing / FMCG industries highly regarded
- Experience with large ERPs will be essential
- Demonstrated experience with driving process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
